Problem: You restore from StorageCraft backup but the restore won’t boot (dissimilar hardware)
Solution:

1. Restore from backup.
2. Assign letter to the Windows Partition using diskpart.
3. Use “Auto Repair boot” option to make it bootable without any bootloader in Storagecraft.
4. Shutdown and insert Windows 10 USB.
5. Boot into the USB and select repair windows > troubleshoot > Command line
6. Run those command in order without the “ ”:
– “C:”
– “bootrec /fixmbr”
– “bootsect/nt60 sys”
– “bootrec /fixboot”
7. Reboot computer without any USB plugged in.
