Sharepoint Says that it’s out of Storage

Problem:

Sharepoint tells you it’s out of storage but you’re not storing much.

Solution:

The problem is that the storage management is set to manual

  1. In Office365, go to Admin
  2. Sharepoint
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Under Site Collection Storage Management, set it to Automatic
  5. Save
  6. Go to Site Collections and make sure that it doesn’t show that you’re over your quota
