Turning off MFA for an environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solution:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Go to Entra<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Identity<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Overview<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Properties<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Scroll to the bottom and turn off<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Go to Protection<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Authentication Methods<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Registration Campaign<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Disable<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If MFA still prompts:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We then went by Disabling MFA for the Affected user by following these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to MS Admin Portal<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. On your left menu, select “Identity” <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. On the menu under users, Select “all users”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click on Per-user MFA<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Select the affected user and Disable MFA<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

       We procceded with revoking all MFA session of our user, for them to provide a new method of contact if the want to by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Go to MS Admin Portal<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. On your left menu, select “Identity” <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. On the menu under users, Select “all users”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Select on the affected user, and on your left click on “Authentication Method.”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. At the top menu you will see 3 dots(…), click on them and the select “Revoke MFA.”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
