You want to give someone access to another user’s OneDrive<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solution:<\/strong>
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Sign in to the\u00a0admin center<\/a>\u00a0as a global admin or SharePoint admin.If you get a message that you don’t have permission to access the admin center, then you don’t have administrator permissions in your organization.<\/li>
  2. In the left pane, select\u00a0Admin centers<\/strong>\u00a0>\u00a0SharePoint<\/strong>. (You might need to select\u00a0Show all<\/strong>\u00a0to see the list of admin centers.)<\/li>
  3. If the classic SharePoint admin center appears, select\u00a0Open it now<\/strong>\u00a0at the top of the page to open the SharePoint admin center.<\/li>
  4. In the left pane, select\u00a0More features<\/strong>.<\/li>
  5. Under\u00a0User profiles<\/strong>, select\u00a0Open<\/strong>.<\/li>
  6. Under\u00a0People<\/strong>, select\u00a0Manage User Profiles<\/strong>.<\/li>
  7. Enter the former employee’s name and select\u00a0Find<\/strong>.<\/li>
  8. Right-click the user, and then choose\u00a0Manage site collection owners<\/strong>.<\/li>
  9. Add the user to\u00a0Site collection administrators<\/strong>\u00a0and select\u00a0OK<\/strong>.<\/li>
  10. The user will now be able to access the former employee’s OneDrive using the OneDrive URL.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Creating a link to OneDrive<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go into the Admin Console<\/li>
    2. Select the user<\/li>
    3. Click on OneDrive<\/li>
