Upon checking the account, it still showed as Standard. This also affected the Online Archive mailbox in Outlook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solution:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(h\/t https:\/\/www.thewindowsclub.com\/how-to-uninstall-microsoft-office-product-key)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a nutshell, you have to search for all the license keys on the computer and remove them. Close out all Office apps, open and check again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the appropriate folder (eg c:\\program files\\microsoft office\\office16), run the following script:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">cscript ospp.vbs \/dstatus<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Referencing the last 5 characters of the product key, run the following script (adding the last 5 characters shown above.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">script ospp.vbs \/unpkey:<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Repeat per license key that you may have.
