If you delete and create a new profile, it comes back with errors and doesn&#8217;t complete. If you use\u00a0 Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant, it gives you autodiscover issues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This problem is annoying since it\u2019s not obvious. The solution is to go into the registry and create the following key:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open registry<\/li>\n<li>Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Policies\\Microsoft\\Office\\16.0\\outlook<\/li>\n<li>Create a DWORD Value called DisableAntiSpam with a value of 1<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In my case, I didn\u2019t have any keys past Microsoft (so Office etc was missing) so I had to create them.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Problem: Office 365 hangs on loading Outlook.
