In our example, the mail profile is \u2013 Help Desk Support tickets.<\/li><li>We are connected to the Help Desk Shared mailbox (<a href=\"mailto:hd@o365info.com\">hd@o365info.com<\/a> in our scenario).\u200b<\/li><li>Select the Rules menu and Manage Rules &amp; Alerts\u2026\u200b<\/li><li>Click on the New Rule\u2026 and choose: Apply rule on message I receive\u200b<\/li><li>Select the option \u2013 Apply rule on message I receive\u200b<\/li><li>In this step, we define the \u201cmailbox rule condition\u201d. In the \u201cprogram language,\u201d this is the part of \u201cIF\u201d (If a specific condition is fulfilled).\u200b<\/li><li>Select the option box \u2013 sent only to me\u200b<\/li><li>Click \u2013 Next\u200b<\/li><li>Choose the option box: sent only to me\u200b<\/li><li>Select the option box \u2013 have server reply using a specific message\u200b<\/li><li>This is the second part of the mailbox rule which can be described as the \u201cWhat part\u201d(the former mailbox rule deals with the \u201cIF\u201d).\u200b<\/li><li>At the bottom of the rule window, click on the link \u2013 a specific message\u200b<\/li><li>As a result, a \u201cNew mail\u201d will appear. This is a mail template that will \u2018contain\u201d the Automatic reply content.\u200b<\/li><li>Note \u2013 It is important to mention that the mailbox rule that we create considers as \u201cserver-side side rule\u201d. The meaning is \u2013 that the Automatic reply rule will be activated by the \u201cserver\u201d (Exchange Online) without the need to open the Outlook mail client.\u200b<\/li><li>In our example, I use a predefined text that I have prepared that include a signature, company logo, etc.\u200b<\/li><li>All we need to do is just \u2013 paste the \u201ccontent\u201d in the \u201cNew mail template,\u201d and to save the template.\u200b<\/li><li>Add the required text, image to the E-mail template\u200b<\/li><li>Select \u2013 Save&amp; Close\u200b<\/li><li>In the following screenshot, we can see that the update was saved.\u200b<\/li><li>In other words, the Exchange mailbox rule \u201cknow\u201d what E-mail template to use.\u200b<\/li><li>Click Next\u200b<\/li><li>Provide the require mailbox rule name\u200b<\/li><li>Click \u2013 Finish\u200b<\/li><li>In the following screenshot, we can see that a \u201cnew rule\u201d was created\u200b<\/li><li>Click \u2013 OK<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Problem: Client wants an auto-reply happening on a shared mailbox with an attachment on the response.
